Can I use a swimming pool for a heat dump when using a heat pump for air conditioning a house?

The temperature differences no longer work for you can switch to something else when the temperature differences that work for you and can switch to something else when the differences that work.

Absolutely, If it’s big enough the ouside atmosphere will keep it cool.
