How much does it cost to run a backyard swimming pool?

I want to buy a house with a swimming pool. Its in a climate that does not need a heater. Does anyone have any idea how much it costs to run a pool on a monthly basis: water, cleaning, water filtration system.

    I assume this pool is an inground pool? what are the dimensions? How many gallons is the pool? Once you know the answer to those three questions contact a pool store in your local area. Ask someone there if they might know. Also contact the water department. Compare the cost of the water prior summer season to swim season, the mua will give you this information to you. Contact the utilities company compare the rate of electric used during the peak season months. Hope that was helpful…
